We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful family guest house surrounded by Tuscan vineyards. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, offering a peaceful environment while still being conveniently close to popular attractions like San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence. the highlight was definitely the stunning view from the swimming pool, and the delicious pre-ordered dinners and bio wine from a nearby winery added to the overall experience. It was the best stay we've had in Tuscany so far. Cons: None 😊.

The hotel is about 5 Km from San Giminiano and placed about 3 km from the main road in a really beautiful place. It was a little bit hard to find the place at the first time because it is not on a main road and was not find by the GPS but at all it was a great place with a nice pool and good and welcoming stuff. The room was very nice and big and the continental breakfast was nice as well.

They could arrange for more umbrellas around the swimming pool as there was only one.

We checked in early but it wasnt an issue, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Beautiful setting with amazing views of the countyside and so peaceful. Large room and good facilities.
The pool was closed when we were there. Need to be aware that it is a 10min drive or 60+ minute walk into San Gimignano from the hotel and will be inconvient for travellers without a car/transport.

The location, close to the vineyards is nice. This is the only highlight.
The staff is terrible and absent. Did not provide any support, they are not polite neither gentle, Nobody there care about the guests and their stay. Room number 2 is besides the water pump, you will have to drink a bottle if Chianti if you want to sleep in that room. Every noise or conversation from the room besides can be heard. No privacy. A nice place without coordination and preparation to receive people.

The idyllic nature of the setting - very remote. (down gravel roads....) and the scenery. the rooms nice and the pool lovely. Grounds also v well kept.
It is extremely difficult to find. V remote location and you should take advice about the route before you set off to get there. It took a long while to find. Most locals hadn't heard of the village let alone the hotel. Bit measly on the breakfast.
